Rotam North America expands its team with the recent addition of Travis Hester as Supply Chain Manager. His role will include overseeing activities in supply chain, inventory management, local formulation, and customer service coordination.
Hester brings over 13 years of industry experience in improving global supply chain operations, managing production forecasting, analyzing demand requirements, and optimizing processes.
After graduating from North Carolina State University with a BS in Agricultural Business Management, he worked in various roles in the agchem industry with BASF, ADAMA Global, Arysta Lifescience, and Plant Health Care before joining the Rotam North America team. His experience within logistics and supply chain has allowed him to gain skilled expertise in project management, goal setting, growth-oriented process improvement, solutions-oriented strategies, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
