Rotam taps three new ag sales professionals for North America.
Rotam announced the hire of three agricultural products sales professionals to help boost SU CanolaTM sales along with the entire Rotam portfolio of agriculture products in the U.S. and Canada. Geoff Trimble, formerly the agro manager of Neepawa Gladstone Coop, will support sales of SU Canola and Rotam products in Canada. Richard “Mac” McDonough will support sales in the Pacific Northwest U.S. and Jordan Adams will be positioned in the Upper Midwest U.S.
“SU Canola is a significant product in our 2018 and future sales strategies,” said Tom Chavez, Rotam Country Manager of USA and Canada. “These three are uniquely qualified, with their combined experience and knowledge base, to grow sales in both this important new segment of our market and our existing product portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. As Rotam continues to grow, these industry professionals are a welcome addition to our team.”
Trimble has almost 30 years of experience in agricultural sales in the Canadian market; he has served as a sales agronomist, a farm manager and, finally, an agro manager.
McDonough, formerly a sales representative for Dow Agrosciences, also managed a McGregor fertilizer plant for fourteen years and has over four decades of industry experience.
Adams, with a degree in agricultural business management, most recently worked as a technical specialist for SePro Corporation. She has extensive weed management knowledge supported by new product development and sales strategies.
Trimble, McDonough and Adams will support Rotam’s combined effort with Cibusä to offer growers valuable, non-GMO hybrids that provide an exciting option for weed control. For more information about SU Canola, visit http://www.cibuscanola.com/.
