We conduct research & development around all aspects of an existing active ingredient, and we firmly believe that a whole new generation of R&D starts once the molecule product patent expires. R&D and Technical support to the Group is managed through the R&D Hub in Kunshan Shanghai and a network of 6 Service Centers Employing over 100 scientists in EU, US, Brazil, Argentina, India and Colombia.

Our success in this area includes:

1. New Formulations targeted to specific crops/pests/application systems

	User friendly Seed Treatments enable farmers to have better protection for the seed from insect or fungi damage. Better seedling germination and crop establishment lead to yield enhancement.
