Miami, FL, U.S., September, 2006 – Rotam North America, Inc., the crop protection unit of the Rotam Group, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Keith Foster as Area Sales Manager for the Southeast.  Foster will report to Rotam Country Manager, Tom Chavez and will carry responsibilities for marketing, technical and sales support to distributors and retailers in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina.

Keith Foster brings more than 20 years of solid marketing and sales skills in both crop protection and crop production that he gained from sales and management positions with Helena Chemical, Terra International and his family-owned S&K Citrus. 

Foster is based in Sebring, Florida and holds a B.S. degree in agricultural economics from Mississippi State University.  He is the proud recipient of many achievement awards from Helena including the 1994 Proprietary Product Award for largest percent increase in proprietary brands, Top Gun Sales status from 1994-2003; Salesman of the Year in 1995 and 1997 for largest percent increase in sales; and No.1 Salesman in the Southeast for three years.  As a Helena Branch Manager, Foster and his sales team were responsible for producing $10 million in annual sales, and were recognized as a three-time winner of Helena’s Location of the Year Award.

Crop production is also a core strength for Foster as he still makes key production decisions for his family-owned business S&K Citrus, a fresh fruit and process orange operation in Wauchula, Florida.

Keith Foster has been married for 21 years and has two children, a daughter attending Florida State and a son in high school.
